First unveiled during the Valentino Fall/Winter 2025-26 collection, Le Méta-Théâtre Des Intimités, under the direction of Alessandro Michele, the Panthea bag makes another bold appearance in the Cruise 2026 collection. Described as bearing a dual spirit, bourgeois and underground, the Panthea is constructed in two types of soft nappa leather, matte and waxed, and refined with an emblematic chevron pattern.

Offered with a detachable leather shoulder strap and studded with eyelets, its versatility and utility ensure it as a wardrobe staple. Special to this bag is the feline head motif which first appeared in Valentino's Haute Couture Fall/Winter 1967-68 collection on a silk Mikado evening tunic with gem-like eyes. Now reinterpreted for the Panthea, this emblem also appears on Valentino Garavani accessories such as silk scarves, belt buckles, minaudières, and fashion jewelry.

Available in medium and small sizes, the Panthea is offered in a range of hues including black, mud green, and beige. Additional versions are offered in black suede and precious skins.
