Science fiction has sometimes predicted the future. This is not merely coincidence, but because science fiction is an idea of the future shaped by human beings according to their astute perception and sense of aesthetics. Tight suits that seem all about functionality or clothing with unconventional silhouettes that suggest a whole new kind of fashion: these futuristic styles are perhaps now becoming reality.
To create clothing for contemporary life is to reinterpret fashion. Making insights into industry and lifestyle is inevitably also the act of drawing up a vision of the future. As if looking down at our planet from space. As if crisscrossing between science and fantasy. Knit-ware is clothing created by CFCL in response to the needs of life.
