Ermanno Scervino Spring/Summer 2026: Contemporary Elegance Through Simplicity

Ermanno Scervino distilled pure light and dark shadow into a glorious dichotomy for a versatile Spring/Summer 2026 collection that should be omnipresent from the streets of Milano to the beaches of Capri next year. “This collection was born from the desire to let go of a more constructed approach and embrace an essential simplicity,” Scervino said after the show. Eschewing opulence for restrained elegance, and bright colors for a neutral palette, he found harmony amidst contrast and curated a complete wardrobe for the refined client’s everyday life.

Sleek Venue, Elite Guest List Establish Luxurious Modern Ambience

Scervino S/S 26 exuded contemporary luxury, a sense that was established from the moment guests walked into the show venue. The front row was one of the most prestigious of this Milan Fashion Week; Natalia Vodianova attended in a stunning white coat next to leather-ensconced Michele Morrone while Veronica Ferraro, and Olivia Palermo also attended. And an expansive all-white space served as the backdrop for a parade of sleek lace, chiffon, and leather with the occasional crystal-frosted look for a touch of feminine flare. The white surroundings created a stark contrast with the first few ensembles, a series of all-black proposals that balanced playful, pragmatic, and sensual on everything from trench coats to a delicately fringed lace dress (Looks 1, 3, 4). Next Scervino moved into leather; a leather bralette paired with a structured jacket was both sultry and assertive while a leather coat unexpectedly matched with a sparkling skirt epitomized glamour with an edge (Looks 14, 15).
