As the warmer seasons approach, Moncler presents a lightweight, layered collection for summer. In a new campaign starring Irish actor Jamie Dornan (Belfast, The Fall), Puffy Summer captures the spirit of the season in a playful expression of bright color and ease, delivered through a wardrobe that feels distinctly Moncler.
For women, the transitional collection unfolds in a fresh, feminine palette of pastel pink, orange, forest green, and crisp neutrals grounding classic summer motifs like stripes, gingham, and tropical florals. Lightweight washed‑nylon shells and parkas layer over floral‑quilted shirt jackets, while details such as bow closures, cinchable waists, and subtle sporty elements balance function with polish. Refined base layers complete the look, from striped polos and a checked pussy‑bow playsuit to breezy dresses and pastel‑printed shorts.
For men, the collection delivers casual sophistication through layered looks defined by scarlet red, sunny yellow, sky blue, rich burgundy, and clean neutrals. Lightweight fabrics set the tone, including whisper‑weight nylon, relaxed denim, nylon‑blend chambray, and crisp cotton poplin. Transitional outerwear spans light down gilets, windbreakers, field jackets, and no‑down hooded shirt jackets, styled with shorts, relaxed pants, retro bowling shirts, striped polos, and graphic tees. Crochet and striped poplin bucket hats, along with vibrant beanies, finish the look with ease.
As Dornan remarks, “There’s something really interesting about taking what Moncler’s known for and shifting it into summer. You still get that sense of warmth and puffiness, just in a lighter, more relaxed way.”

Continuing the expression of Puffy Summer, a pop‑up at Milan Design Week brings one of the campaign’s supersized mascots into the city, as a puffy octopus takes over 10 Corso Como from April 16 to 28. Framed by a 24‑look mannequin presentation, the Summer 2026 collection is showcased at full scale. The activation continues in Seoul’s Seongsu district from May 1 to 3, before expanding globally across the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong SAR, Paris, and Miami, with monumental installations including a four‑story flamingo at Harbour City Mall, a giant crab at Dover Street Market Ginza, and a flamingo landing on the Champs‑Élysées store balcony.
