Brendan Fraser is nominated for Best Actor for his role in The Whale. Two-time winner of the Palme d’Or, director Ruben Östlun is nominated for Best Director and Best Original Screenplay for his dark comedy Triangle of Sadness. Producer Kerry Condon is nominated for Best Picture, Triangle of Sadness.
