For its fourth edition, the Miu Miu Literary Club returns to Milan from April 22 to April 24 with its 2026 program, Politics of Desire. Centered on the works of Nobel Prize–winning French‑born writer Annie Ernaux and Ghanaian writer and academic, former Minister of Education of Ghana Ama Ata Aidoo, the event explores the subjects of sexuality, consent, and desire through a program of conversations, lectures, and live performances.
Hosted at one of the city’s oldest cultural institutions, the Circolo Filologico Milanese, the Miu Miu Literary Club takes place within a historic setting dedicated to reading, conversation, and cultural exchange. On April 24, the edition introduces an additional day of programming, during which the venue becomes a reading room open to the public for the first time. For this additional day, a library curated by feminist philosopher Rosi Braidotti brings together works across literature, philosophy, politics, science, and ecology.
