The iconic trendsetting fashion house, https://www.instagram.com/mm6maisonmargiela/, teams up with utility brand, Eastpak, for their second collaboration. Inspired by warped perspectives and visual puns (trompe l’oeil) there’s a lot to unpack in this collection. Get it?
The second chapter of the collaboration between MM6 x Eastpak is infused with surreal undertones. The capsule includes unexpected juxtapositions and visual puns such as a faux fur wheeled suitcase, ‘dripping’ iterations of the iconic Eastpak Padded Pak’r backpack, an oversized version of the Crew wallet and hybrid interpretations of the Japanese bag.
