Yohji Yamamoto presents the Spring/Summer 2022 collection in Paris via lookbook images and a collaborative video with Japanese photographer, TAKAY. The twenty-eight look collection is seen through the 18-minute, narrated by Yohji. The collection draws upon the color palette of his SS86 collection while simultaneously pulling newspapers of today and applying them on coats. Beautifully minimal and classic in nature, this is a collection of focus and perseverance. Most of all it is a reaction to the present moment.
